About Dynacom Inc.
Since 1978 Dynacom Inc. has been solving air pollution and indoor air quality problems for industrial and commercial customers in a five-state area. From a one-man in-home office in 1978, Dynacom has grown and prospered in all aspects of its business, including its customer base, sales volume, number of employees, and facilities. In December 1997, Dynacom relocated into a new sales, service and office facility in Chagrin Falls, Ohio (30 miles southeast of downtown Cleveland).
Dynacom provides application engineering, equipment selection, and installation, as well as parts and services for a wide range of air cleaning, dust collection, and other indoor air quality products. These products are manufactured by well-recognized, quality conscious companies such as United Air Specialists. Dynacom's product offering includes trade names such as SMOG-HOG, SMOKEETER, DUST-HOG, DUST-CAT, and many other products familiar to industrial and commercial customers.
Dynacom has been recognized for consistently high performance by both customers and suppliers. On several occasions, Dynacom has been the #1 industrial sales company for United Air Specialists.
Tony Pfenning, Dynacom's founder and president, attributes the company's success to the professionalism of its people, a performance guarantee which accompanies the sale of every product, and a "NO EXCUSES" attitude which guarantees customer satisfaction.
Each of Dynacom's employees is committed to a policy of offering top quality products, best available technology, outstanding application know-how, and, most importantly, assuring the customer that equipment from Dynacom will perform as promised or else Dynacom will correct the problem or refund the customer's purchase price.
Each Dynacom employee, in pursuit of continual improvement, is subject to on-going training for customer service, product and application knowledge, and environmental awareness.
Dynacom serves a wide range of industrial and commercial customers. Industrial customers include manufacturing plants in metalworking, rubber, plastics, food, and bulk powder industries. Commercial customers include restaurants, offices, nursing homes, bingo halls, taverns, and schools.
