Since 1978 Dynacom, Inc. has been solving air pollution and dust collection problems for industrial customers. We have grown from a one-man operation in 1978 to a company with 10-12 sales and service employees.
From its inception, Dynacom, Inc. was a family business. Our founder Tony Pfenning (Sr.) remained in the business until the company was purchased by Tony Pfenning (Jr.). Today, there is a third generation and numerous other family members active in the business.
The company has evolved over the years from a local company servicing northern Ohio to a Midwest regional company. Currently, we sell equipment and filters throughout the country and into numerous countries.
For the past two decades we have been housed in a 7,000 square foot facility located in Chagrin Falls, OH where both our sales, engineering and service staff are located.
What We Do
Dynacom’s business was built around Smog-Hog air filtration systems which has remained an integral part of our business for over 40 years. Along the way we have added numerous quality suppliers which have helped us design, supply and install air filtration, dust collection and ventilation systems to over 5000 customers.
While the products and solutions we offer to our customers are important, our biggest asset is our people. With over 150 years of combined experience at Dynacom, Inc. our people are experts in their various jobs and roles. Each and every individual at Dynacom, Inc. takes pride in the job they do and in helping our customers.
As a company we continually work on improvement and our path for the future to ensure an efficient, pleasant, and reliable experience for our customers.
The 5 "C's" of Dust Collection
A well-engineered dust collection system considers what we refer to as the 5 “C’s” of Dust Collection. Each is equally important and must receive adequate consideration. They are Capture, Convey, Collect, Clean, and Combustibility.
